A Swordsman sub-class that is available once a player reaches level 20. This class controls ghosts to fight and focuses on magic-based attacks, many of which are innately dark attributed. Their attacks often require chants, which have a cast time and can be interrupted. They aren't a class with high defense, but do possess high dark elemental resistance.
Due to the limited amount of skill points, the sub-class can be split into three styles: Phantom Demon, Sword Demon, and Hybrid. Phantom Demons focus on unlocking Boundaries, so they focus on cast speed. Sword Demons focus on Sword Skills, so they focus on attack speed. Hybrids focus on leveling skills from both classes. Hybrid Phantom Demons are commonly seen among normal players, but are very rare in the pro scene.
Sword Demons are simpler to play than Phantom Demons. They are a relatively balanced type capable of acting independently to both attack and defend. Sword Demons are the most mainstream Ghostblade type, and the majority of normal Ghostblade players choose to become Sword Demons.
Phantom Demons require more skill and knowledge to use because of their distinct strengths and weaknesses. While boundaries can increase a Ghostblade’s combat strength, boundaries cover a limited area. A Phantom Demon must remain inside the boundary to take advantage its effects. Opponents can also avoid fighting inside the boundaries by using long-ranged attacks, or wait until they disappear. Perceived to be weak at PvP, Phantom Demons have a niche in the pro scene, but the amount of normal players who choose to be Phantom Demons is decreasing.
Tachi: A weapon with high magic attack, though lower than short swords, but a higher attack speed, which is 7.
Cloth: Low physical defense, but high magic defense.

|5||Ghost Slash||A dark-attributed knockback skill that has a long attack range. The user slashes with their blade, releasing an arc of purple sword aura. Its direct damage is quite high. However, it has a very long delay, which leaves a lot of openings after using it. |
|10||Sword Soul (Sword Boundary)||A boundary that increases the Strength and Intelligence of the allies inside it. The buffs only last for 20 seconds with a 30 second cool-down. The user draws their sword and a purple-like mist seeps out, quickly forming a circular boundary.|
|15||Moonlight Slash||A knock-up skill.|
|20||Full Moonlight Slash||A skill that has a strong blow away effect.|
|25||Shadow Image||A skill that enables the user to summon a ghost that surrounds the user and is mainly used as defense. The ghost can absorb and reduce damage.|
|30||Ice Soul (Ice Boundary)||A boundary that deals Ice Elemental damage and slows those inside it. It also has the chance to freeze an opponent. The tip of the user's blade glows and white-blue ice crystals form on the blade as the boundary condenses. This skill requires a chant before it can be cast.|
|Flame Boundary||A boundary that has a mob of ghosts jump on enemies inside the boundary, enveloping them in purple flames.|
|Plague Boundary||A boundary that decreases the defense of enemies inside.|
|Ash Boundary||A boundary that increases the weight of all the equipment worn by the enemies inside. Weight increase is proportional to the level of the skill. At max level, the weight of all equipment is doubled.|
|Dark Boundary||A boundary that blinds the target within it.|
|Ghost Step||A movement skill.|
|Death's Tombstone||A, pure, damaging dealing skill. If a player is hit by a tombstone, they are stunned for a bit.|
|Ghost Feast||A skill that explodes all of the user's set boundaries to deal damage to targets within.|
